2013     Speaking Up and Speaking Out: Collective Efforts in the Fight to Reclaim the Public Perception of Archaeology. The SAA Archaeological Record, 13(2): 24-28, Society for American Archaeology
This article discusses pseudoarchaeology and its impact on the public perception of archaeology. While it can be wise to avoid confrontation with diehard believers of false archaeological information, there are members of the public who are genuinely interested in archaeology but have been misinformed. The authors describe a 2012 symposium held to teach professionals how to address pseudoarchaeology, particularly how to work with the media. The authors then describe future strategies for public outreach.

Clues within the game teach the types of materials available during this time period and how people would have lived. Corrections to misconceptions about Stonehenge are also included in subtle ways.
